Chris Burns and I (a.k.a. Party Bros.) had the pleasure of remixing 80s legends The System.  They’re putting out a new album after all these years, and “Motha” is going to be the first single.  Free download!

And if you weren’t previously familiar with The System, here’s a couple of their best known jams.  I’ve heard that Chromeo is obsessed with them… pretty obvious why that’s the case based on this evidence:

Stoked about this collabo that dropped last week from the UK’s Star Slinger and French trendsetter Teki Latex. Star Slinger takes a hip-hop approach to dance/bass music – and to me Teki is like an emcee from the future who traveled back in time to show the world that ‘being weird’ is cool. Perfect combination.
